NEW
INSTALLATIONS

Properly sized equipment, code-compliant work, and a clean job site.

A new system is only ever as good as the install. The same equipment, put in two different ways, gives you two different machines — one that runs quietly for fifteen years, and one that never quite performs and fails early.

We handle central air, ductless and multi-zone systems, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps, for homes and for businesses that can't afford downtime.

IT STARTS WITH SIZING

Before anything is ordered we work out what the space actually needs — square footage, ceiling heights, insulation, window area and orientation, how the place is laid out, and which rooms are already a problem.

This is the step that gets skipped most often, usually by matching whatever was there before. If the old unit was wrong, and plenty were, that just reproduces the fault for another fifteen years. Oversized equipment short cycles, never dehumidifies properly, and wears itself out early. Undersized equipment runs flat out and never catches up.

THE INSTALL ITSELF

Line sets get run and brazed properly, evacuated to a real vacuum, and charged by weight. Electrical is to code with the right disconnect and the right breaker. Condensate gets a route that actually drains, plus a safety switch so a blockage shuts the system down instead of finding your ceiling.

Ductless installs get the indoor heads placed where they'll genuinely work in the room, and outdoor units mounted level, clear of snow, and clear of anything blocking the coil — on a wall rack where the ground isn't the right answer. On ducted systems we check the existing ductwork rather than connecting new equipment to whatever is there and hoping.

We pull the permits, and the work is done to pass inspection rather than to look finished. Then the system gets commissioned: airflow measured, charge verified, safeties tested, thermostat configured.

WHEN WE'RE DONE

You get shown how it works — the thermostat, the filter, what it should sound like, and what would be worth calling us about. The site gets cleaned up and the old equipment leaves with us.

We stand behind the workmanship on everything we install, and the crew that put it in is the crew that comes back to service it.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE DAY

A straight furnace or condenser swap is usually one day. A full system, or a ductless install with several zones, is more often two. If the ductwork needs modifying that adds time, and we'll say so in the quote rather than discovering it halfway through.

We'll need access to the equipment, and on ductless work we agree exactly where the indoor heads and the line set runs go before anything gets drilled. Nothing goes through a wall that wasn't discussed with you first.

Your heat or cooling will be off while we work, which is worth planning around in January or in the middle of a heat wave. If a particular week is genuinely bad for it, say so and we'll schedule around you.
